Please note that novel. is a small boutique (both online and in person!). We will do all we can to keep inventory levels accurate and you will be notified if an item has been sold out or backordered as soon as possible!
Shipping: Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders will be shipped out within 48 of receipt. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will ship the first business day after the holiday. If we are unable to complete your order within this time frame, you will be notified via email with estimated delivery times. UPS ground is used and packages will arrive within 4-7 business days. Please call (434.984.9783) if order is needed by a certain date and time and we will do our best to get it to you!
